Role description
Overall objective: administrative help for marketing, social media and new (and existing) business development
Newsletter and comms
Sorting or cleaning existing compliant data
Creating, sending and monitoring subsequent newsletter programme
Reporting monthly on the above
Social media
Creating or liaising on engaging assets for social campaigns
Creating. Posting, feeding back to all social channels, facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram
Managing organic and paid campaigns
Reporting monthly on all of the above
New business
Following up via phone, email to prospects or interested parties
Following up on any other channels to any outbound comms with bespoke comms
Responding to inbound emails and comms with qualification of services
Liaising with new prospects and receiving requests for information, dealing with specific asks, escalating where necessary
Sending out creds decks, and / or specific product decks, case studies and information, and / or pricing to facilitate the sale
Filling in quote sheets
Hand holding any new business prospects
Reporting monthly on the above
Further executive admin
Scheduling of meetings for Byte directors, or other new business staff
Other non-specific admin and executive support

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Role description
We are on the look out for a part-time New Business and Marketing consultant for our London office.
This is a role encompassing sales, new business and marketing.
They will initiate client introductions, presentations and meetings, specifically but not exclusively with advertising agencies and brands in Europe with a focus on London, as well as helping with sales and marketing in other EMEA markets.
The selected candidate will be required to learn the company’s products to enhance our new business efforts. The selected candidate will learn the company’s existing marketing and production tools, and will be encouraged to proactively work towards the expansion of our client base.
Responsibilities:
To continuously attain new clients and foster existing relationships for continued work.
Managing all aspects of client relationship (acting as a main point of contact for the studio, expanding existing relationships, attending briefs, supervising production process until the final delivery).
Developing and implementing new business strategy and marketing initiatives (researching the industry and continuous looking for new business opportunities).
Leading meetings, proposals, screenings and presentations.
Project management (coordinating budget, negotiating rates, developing cost effective solutions).
Qualifications:
Must be highly motivated and take the initiative to reach out to potential new clients to gain more work and maintain existing relationships.
3 + years of experience in advertising, marketing, business development, on either production, agency or client/brand side. Must be very people/client oriented, outgoing personality, excellent communicator and a problem solver.
Procurement and production cost related knowledge and contacts is a plus.
Salary: monthly fee plus % commission.
